| We have built a sound infrastructure for smooth functioning. Our five manufacturing units are spread in an area of 10670 sq. ft. and are equipped with different machinery, instruments and testing equipment for manufacture of transformers and other equipment. We also have Testing and R&D facilities that allow us to maintain and enhance the quality of the Industrial Products. The total production capacity is equal to 350 Nos and for transformer it is up to 132KV Grade. Latest CAD (Computer-Aided Design)/CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) Facility allow us uniform and accurate designing of each and every product. |

| Truvolt Engineering Co. Pvt. Ltd. manufactures transformers for ‘salt bath’ furnace, arc melting furnaces and medium frequency induction furnaces with technical assistance from reputed furnace manufacturers like GEC Alstom, Inductotherm (India) Ltd., Wellman Incandescent India Ltd., Wesman Eng. Co. Ltd., Megatherm Electronics Pvt. Ltd., Fire Gas & Kiln etc. from as far back as 1970. Our transformers range varies from distribution, power to furnace transformer, Scot connected transformers, earthing transformers, static balancing transformers, isolation transformers, welding transformers, zigzag connected transformers and salt bath transformers. Our maximum range is 50M/A, 132KV Class. |
| Furnace Transformer |
`TRUVOLT' Furnace Transformers are running successfully with 6-pulse/12-pulse and 24-pulse medium frequency induction furnace required for steel melting. The transformers are provided with floating neutral with earth shield between primary and secondary windings. These transformers are generally called `converter' transformers and are fitted with non-magnetic brass or aluminum plates on the secondary termination box for eddy current protection. `Truvolt" is also pioneer in manufacturing Furnace Duty Transformer for shaker hearth furnace, arc furnace, salt bath furnace and also resistance type heat treatment furnaces.
Truvolt' has manufactured upto BOMVA, 33KV Grade Furnace Duty Transformer till date.
